Happy 4th of July!

July 3rd, 2007

Ok, so it’s the day before, but I wanted to wish everyone a happy 4th early! And to our Canadian friends, a belated happy Canada Day. :)

I’m off to a Red Sox game tonight…should be fun. It’s beautiful here in Boston, and there’s no place like Fenway (sorry, Yanks fans).

An idea for texting tomorrow…. if you’re headed out to watch fireworks or hosting/attending a cookout, queue up some reminder texts! Or, write a bunch of Independence Day messages for your friends and family to get tomorrow. You can sleep in, while they are all getting early morning texts from you. Hee hee.

Have a wonderful 4th, everyone!

Kerry

A week after launch

June 26th, 2007

It’s been a week since we launched the site, and the response has been incredible. A gentleman whose wife recently went deaf wanted to learn more about text messaging. A mother whose son is deaf wanted to know more about how the entire family and his doctors could use texting from the Web. Others have already made suggestions on how we can improve the site, and some have asked us to post their information.

Thank you!

Welcome To Text4Deaf

June 20th, 2007

Hi there! Welcome to Text4Deaf.com.

My name is Kerry. My sign name is “K” (twice to chin), and I am very excited about the website that we have created for those of us who are deaf or hard of hearing, and for those who communicate with us.

Text4Deaf.Com offers an easy and inexpensive way to send and receive text messages from the Web to any cell phone in the U.S. and Canada. Please try it for free to see if you like it. Let us know what you think about it. You can even send group texts. You can send texts for now, or hold it for later at a time of your preference. Be sure to tell your family, friends and co-workers, too!

Please join me in sending “web texts”.

This is Kerry signing off. See you later!
